Ridgeline’s Galloway cattle are bred locally on our property at O'Connell, located along the Fish River just a few minutes west of Tarana, and our range of premium Galloway beef products are available each month at the Tarana Community Farmers Markets.

Ridgeline produce contains no chemicals, no hormones, no additives, no fertilisers, just sunshine, natural grass pastures, a relaxed healthy approach to life and good clean water from the Fish River bordering our farm. Our cattle are raised and finished on grass to assure the highest standard of taste, tenderness and nutrition, resulting in meat that is better for you and your family. 

We are particularly well known for our gluten-free Galloway premium beef sausages and mince. You can always stop by the Ridgeline stall and try a free sample of our premium beef sausages whilst you are at the Tarana Markets…. the bbq is always on!
