We have a policy of only presenting food to our catering clients that we have made ourselves and prepared exclusively to your requirements. From weddings to large outdoor events, corporate functions to cocktail parties, or an intimate dinner party in your own home, Milnes of Mudgee will work seamlessly and consistently to make your event a triumph – whatever the challenge.
Rob & Jenni have been producing a selection of gourmet items for the last 9 years, to enhance your culinary skills and we have had special success with our unique White Caramelised Balsamics (infused with Thyme; infused with Coriander, Garlic & Lemon; and infused with Ginger, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass), as well as two ‘Dark’ balsamics (infused with Rosemary, or with Fig and Spices).
We have recently added Lemon, Turmeric & Almond Paste to our range – a concentrated base to be added to sour cream, olive oil, cream or coconut milk – to make the sauce of your choice!
We do farmers markets and food & wine festivals – managing, at times, to cover most of the state!
